Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
